Ladies and gents when you decide to do something new, all the odds are against you. Your family is the first one to tell you can’t do s.h.i.t. There Are exceptions, though! But most of them are the first ones that don’t believe in you.
When I decided to learn English, even my younger brother told me I wasn’t gonna make it. He said that I wasn’t gonna learn it. So, I had to stop this nonsense. I don’t blame him. I don’t blame my family for not believing in me. It is not their responsibility to believe me. In the end, it is my duty and my obligation. I am the only one that must believe in my dream. Why? Simple! It’s my dream and I shouldn’t expect anyone else to support it.
Let me tell you, I was 18 years old when I started learning English. I was an adult just like you. Perhaps, I was a MexiCANT just like some of you. But, I made up my mind to change my reality. I set my mind to change and to become different. I decided to master English because it is the only way to make my life better.
So, if you live in the United Mexican States, you know that being an expert in a certain field is not enough anymore. Why? Because even if you disagree with me English is the language of business. The language of money. We live in a globalized market.
Now, we can’t continue thinking local.
Not anymore.
Now is the moment to expand our horizons.
It’s the moment to expand worldwide.
But guess what? Without English, you’re not first. You’re last in the line.
Therefore, if your plans are to motivate or share your expertise with a wider audience learn English.

Not tomorrow.
Everything changes faster now. Thus, the moment to take action is at this very moment.
Also remember not to let anyone tell you, you can’t do it.
Don’t let them tell you, you’re too old.

Don’t let anyone tell you, English is not for you.
